Julie, the receptionist and Dr. Katie Spoo are absolutely wonderful to work with. The office manager, however; is quite another story. I have health insurance for my dog. It involves having the claim faxed in after it has the vet address on it, signed by the vet, and dated. Rare circumstance to have to attach any type of health records. The office manager constantly loses my claim under her unorganized papers on her desk. vets and tech are always professional, kind, and clear about their services. they also make followup calls to make sure your pet is responding to treatment. super nice too!

I HAVE TAKEN MY TWO YORKIE PUPS TO BE GROOMED AT THEIR BELLAIRE INN, SEVERAL TIMES! ALL OF THE ARTIST/EXPERTS ARE INCREDIBLY GREAT AT THEIR CRAFT... MINE HAS BEEN MARY LEE... I FOLLOWED HER THERE FROM A PREVIOUS LOCATION. MY PUPS LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL/CUTE EVERY TIME... WONDERFUL PEOPLE... ALL OF THEM... I'M SO PLEASED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT HESITATION! We cannot say enough about the staff at Belwood. They helped us through a most grievous time when we had to say goodbye to a sick kitty. After that when we returned with our other cat they were still compassionate and understanding about our loss. My experience has only been with kitties. I have taken four of them to Bellwood and they are knowledgeable and very insightful about the lives of our cat companions. Dr. Grove is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor who does everything in his power to cure our pets even when the outlook seems almost hopeless. Oscar & Carol Hauser
Marilee, does a wonderful job with Scarlett, my maltese. She is very caring too.
I have had nothing but great quality professional care with Bellwood. They are attentive, truly concerned and caring. My own physician doesn't follow up like they do. If only they took human patients.
