Tonya provided excellent customer service and helped us through the challenges of a necessary and unforeseen project to repair our shower and floor in the master bedroom. Although we have not seen the flooring in person yet, the pictures are great. We also have seen video of the flooring and it looks like what we wanted. They were fast and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Everything was accomplished exactly when and how they told me it would happen. I have lots of heavy furniture and office equipment. All was amazingly back in its place and everything totally cleaned up. Brandi was wonderful to work with and made the selection very easy. i was so impressed I didn't even get a comparison bid. Their price and discounts were impressive. I love my new carpet. My thanks to Don Whiteside for his recommendation. I always rely on his advice.
