I stayed in these apartments in October and was one of the worst experience I have ever had. The toilets overflowed, the checkin and checkout process requires , you have a phone and working internet which is difficult if you are an overseas traveller. If you are travelling for Business and from abroad do not book this. During checkout you need to clean the apartment and throw away trashes. This is my first time with Barsala and I think what I liked most was the almost Immediate customer support via text message. Easy to understand instructions to enter the building so there were no issues at all. The condo was very clean, spacious and modern. Everything we needed was provided to wash clothes, dishes etc. All in all, this condo was the least expensive option Downtown Seattle and it was only blocks away from Pike Place Market.
