Nice staff huge unit at a good price for the 1st four months then they raise the price now not so much I think I'ma go elsewhere at the end of April but they are nice here helpful and they always make sure your unit is secure once or twice I forgot to lock it up and staff made sure it had a lock on it till I came back even called to let me know great customer service! As always better each day
Got a storage here super fast clean great service great hours even had perks upon renting I'd highly recommend this place to anyone convenient on bus line as well 😁

Do not reserve a u-haul at this location. Even though you have paperwork saying you have a truck reserved the person will tell you they've never heard of you. When you call u-haul they tell you that the location canceled and changed the time of our pick without giving us notice. Maybe the storage is better but the uhaul pick side is shady and you should just go with another location.
Tried to rent a truck there, had all the reservations right and then was told by the person at the front desk I needed a second person with an ID as well. I called U-Haul and they said that has never been a policy. Idk if it was. Competency thing or a race thing but I’ve never been back there since
