My computer was slow and my battery would drain incredibly fast until I brought it in to this place. I must say, the service was great! They diagnosed my issues promptly and 2 days later my computer was back and running like new! I would definitely recommend this local shop for anyone who has any pc problems!
I walked into Belltech Computer Solutions, on Indian Rocks Road, with my laptop which just stopped working. I was really surprised by the immediate attention I received and after the gentlemen worked on my computer it was up and running perfectly. It turned out an automated upgrade corrupted my system. I asked what I owed, being from NY, I was expecting a bill of $50 or more. Well to my shock and total surprise I was told tips were allowed and that was it! Just a tip, that's all. Amazing!!! Update - It has been a week and the Owner/Larry still hasn't responded or refunded my money. My computer still isn't working properly. - You never gave me an estimate when I talked to you or dropped off my computer on Mon. I was called on Wed to pick it up and given a rate of $180. Held hostage so I paid it. The power cord was a hp, my laptop is a dell. Took it home and it still didn't work and I was told by you I would have to reinstall my programs.
