Try to get parts several times for different Appliances for their receptionist or whoever answering the phone to tell me should go shopping online if they wanna just do repairs and not sell parts they need to remove that they carry parts from their listing and just do their repairs

Had the part that I needed to replace the heating element in my Samsung dryer and even explained how to get the belt back on as I said that that would be the only thing that I would struggle with.
Very bad customer service, not willing to help or even suggest look for the part I need. Quickly dismissed and let go...whom ever answered the phone today, clearly sounds like she doesn't enjoy her job. No welcome-Ness at ALL.
