Picked up a part for my dryer.
This place helped us Tremendously!!!!! Thank u so much for the help and explaining everything!!! Will definitely come back if needed!!!!!!
Had the part that I needed to replace the heating element in my Samsung dryer and even explained how to get the belt back on as I said that that would be the only thing that I would struggle with.
Very bad customer service, not willing to help or even suggest look for the part I need. Quickly dismissed and let go...whom ever answered the phone today, clearly sounds like she doesn't enjoy her job. No welcome-Ness at ALL.
Came out and fixed my GE washer in no time.
