My son had his car in here and they charged a huge amount to “clean” his headlights to pass inspection. He was also concerned about the alternator and they said they tested it and twice it was good and once it was bad?? Then they quoted him $1,000.00 to replace the alternator! Tim bell was a good guy years ago but I’d never take anything to him again.
They sold my daughter a car it would not pass inspection and then it broke down a month later I had thought we could trust them but do not trust this place then even after they Posey fixed it the part was still Broken they probably help the people they known for years and take the people they don’t know and take their money and run no stars ✨

Never have I had such great car and customer service! The staff at Bells are considerate and conscientious and always ready to help. They get the job done and it is done well. If there were 10 stars, they'd deserve that. If anyone wants to know how to run a business, they should shadow Bells.
My family has been using Bell's automotive for over 10 years (and my mom has used them for much longer). We used dealers before and had issues with unnecessary repair recommendations. Our family could not feel happier with the consistently good service over the many years and vehicles we have had serviced at Bell's.. If I could give stars i most certainly would. After weeks in the shop and thousands of dollars spent my mom's car still has multiple issues that were supposedly fixed. As long as it was at this shop we should not be having the issues that we are. They are thieves and crooks and enjoy taking advantage of people who don't know any better. I will most definitely tell people to stay away.
