I paid my car in full and i never recieved my title to my car. I called them and i found out the title has a lien. I decided to drive by today there was no cars in the front. Now I'm not sure how to get the title cause the guy I got it through his phone is disconnected and no one is answering to the number thats posted online. This is terrible I wouldnt wish this on anyone im just worndering where did the money go of it still has a lien?
Horrible immigrant sales/mechanical team and an incompetent owner. Bought a 2009 hyundai for about 4500, gasket blew so i came back to trade it for a saturn that was infested with bugs and has a cash value of about $700. The worst part about the situation is I know the owner personally through family (Andrew Bell) Glad to see no one else will be getting scammed.
Its been over 14 years since i bought a vehicle so needless to say I was freaked out. All the guys are very professional and friendly which made the process simple and pressure free. Andrew Bell is awesome and makes you feel like a friend more than a customer. Even after driving off the lot Andrew offered access to his mechanic which gives a level of comfort in buying a used vehicle. Tina Jefferson
Bought my car out right cash when I walked in I was 9months pregnant told them I needed a safe reliable car when I went to drive the Ford expedition of the lot I smelled a burn smell and my break lights were out I turned back he fixed the light and guaranteed me everything else was good 4days later my check engine light was on I went back he told me I need a $700 repair now I'm 6months in and need an average of $2000 in repair they totally screwed me over including I'm a mother of 3 and my ac kicks on and off during this sum... read more
