I chose this company because they were affiliated with Costco membership Thinking they would be fully vetted as a reputable company. Once initiated through the Costco website, we were contacted quickly by Bellow’s. Our initial request was to get air-conditioning installed in our house. We already had central heating utilizing natural gas. We were given a quote for both installing an air conditioning system while using natural gas heating. They came out super quick to get me a quote when my gas water heater died on me. I was hoping to swap to a heat pump water heater, which meant I needed a new subpanel because my breaker panel didn’t have room for another breaker. The plumber was super friendly, found a heat pump water heater that met my needs, but the quote only included running a 240v line from the panel to the water heater. Scheduled an appointment for our HVAC system to get diagnosed. I have a store in the valley fair mall. I asked when I first scheduled the appointment if they would work on commercial buildings. They said yes. Then the time of the appointment I called them to see where they were at. I was then told that the tech was out there and they do not work on commercial buildings. Not only did they not do anything to fix it but I had to call them, get bounced around to people to find out the tech had come. No one called me to tell me s... read more

I called Bellows--specifically Sophia on a Sunday about my heat pump not working--it was a cold morning. There were no appointments until Wed. But the technician Jonathan became available on Sunday and Sophia called me back and sent him out. GREAT SERVICE. Jonathan was able to partly diagnose an electrical issue too.
