I have had an odd AC problem for years now, but whenever it happens they are always quick to answer. For my most recent issue they came out made sure everything was working as it should, when the problem didn't go away they were back out the next day to try a new solution, and if this one doesn't work they will come out again. I bought some Delta faucets. The Delta website recommended some installers in the San Jose area. I called and left a message at Bellows. The owner called me right back and we got the installation scheduled shortly to be after the faucets would arrive. He gave me a rough estimate of $200-300 per faucet. The installer arrived on the scheduled day and time, BUT he only had time to inspect the sinks and finalize the installation quote, which was higher than expected at $390 per faucet. I had a great experience today with Bellows and Saul. He arrived promptly and helped with a clogged pipe. It wasn't easy to figure out the best place to come at the problem and he was able to efficiently problem solve. He was very knowledgable, friendly, kind and helpful. TBH, I was worried we might have a bigger repair today so I'm relieved , he was able to solve the problem today. He went above and beyond too. March 19, 2025...Jeremy Spradlin arrived within the two-hour scheduled window and gave us a courtesy call when he was 15 minutes away just so we would know when to expect his arrival. He was pleasant, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. He wore shoe coverings out of respect for our new floors.
