Response to Owner Your response is inaccurate and misrepresents what actually occurred. At the time of booking, your company confirmed that testing could be performed and scheduled the work accordingly. At no point prior to your arrival did you indicate that my role or the nature of the project would be an issue. I chose this company because they were affiliated with Costco membership Thinking they would be fully vetted as a reputable company. Once initiated through the Costco website, we were contacted quickly by Bellow’s. Our initial request was to get air-conditioning installed in our house. We already had central heating utilizing natural gas. We were given a quote for both installing an air conditioning system while using natural gas heating. They came out super quick to get me a quote when my gas water heater died on me. I was hoping to swap to a heat pump water heater, which meant I needed a new subpanel because my breaker panel didn’t have room for another breaker. The plumber was super friendly, found a heat pump water heater that met my needs, but the quote only included running a 240v line from the panel to the water heater.
