My first time at Bello today. It was wonderful. Thank you Holly Decker. I love my hair color and the wonderful treatment!
My masseuse Karina was wonderful! Told her I just wanted a relaxing feel good massage. And, that's exactly what I got. 90 minutes of bliss!
So...... I am a big supporter of word of mouth. I give recommendations all the time. With that being said, I have no problem stating when I have had terrible experiences. Well, BELLO Day Spa and Salon has the worst customer service that I will no longer be going to them!! I have been going to them for almost 4 years. They don't apologize or even offer to see if something else could work out. This was their mistake not mine!! Bummed that they don't blink an eye of the thought of losing a client
