Made an appointment for this morning at 10:30 for a pedicure but apparently the “tech” wasn’t available to approve my appointment yesterday so my appointment was cancelled. I was not notified by phone nor email and my appointment was scheduled well after they opened. Not only was today my birthday but I also drove almost 30 minutes JUST for a pedicure....
