Before getting seated, we had to wait 30 minutes, just sitting in the spa chairs, which I didn't mind, but at the same time, if you get seated, I expect to get service right away, not wait a whole 30 minutes. That part threw me off, I get they were busy, but you should just tell your customers the actual wait time, not lie over the phone. Second, my pedicure was okay, she did all the things she needed to do, but for my mom's, her person didn't do what my mom had asked nicely, it was just an okay work they did, not an excelle... read more
The nails look amazing exactly what I asked for, Kevin did my nails and Lucy did my friends they look fantastic 100% recommend
Kevin and Kathy did a great job on my dip manicure and pedicure. They were both very friendly and efficient
Clean and very nice nail spa venue. Ambiance is wonderful and took care of me and my aunt very nicely. I gotten the jelly pedicure and my aunt got the basic. Chairs are generously big, but since my aunt is so small I always pack a pillow to help her fit better and still enjoy the spa. Prices are clearly stated and staff members are so friendly. Will be visiting again to try the Bellissima bliss pedicure!!!
Had the best experience me and my daughter went in I was just getting the foot massage and lemme tell you the attentiveness and kindness we got from our ladies and men were beyond my expectations I went somewhere else a few weeks ago and it was the worst, pricing not so bad between the 2 of us came to $280 with tip of course, I highly recommend this place.
