The overall quality of the door is beautiful BUT they did not send a professional to measure the size of the door so it was too small when it was installed. They said they could fix it but did not do so. There is a huge gap at the top of the door that they have refused to acknowledge or correct. We paid $9k for this custom door and are extremely disappointed that they did not come back to fix it. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend this company based upon our experience. The customer service was simply awful. The door arrived with a side crack, incorrect handle (left with no handle for over a week), incorrect plate size and we were left with exposed insulation on the exterior of the door (for weeks). At least 5 missed appointments to finish the installation and today, we're still missing a window screw and the door window that never closed properly still doesn't close.
