The BB team was relentless in their pursuit of the best buyer for my SF condo. They are creative, timely, they held Opens every.single.weekend for months. My occasional angst was always met with understanding and compassion from Aaron. As for pre-sale prep, they had vendors lined up, bids in quickly and work done fast. Even with a few bumps we were on the market in 1 month. Fabulous administrative help on the team too. A very well-oiled machine.
