Hi Dr. Bellinger and Allen: Allen did the good cleaning work on Sylvia, But would you please insist that Sylvia needs to brush her teeth after each meal? The caregiver Daena said that Allen said doesn't need to do that, We have been follow Magen's instruction doing that for a long time and it works for Sylvia otherwise, Sylvia will have gum infection again.
