Spent 6 days here, in January. Felt I got good care and all the nurses and CNA's were wonderful.

I just returned home from having a Total Hip Replacement. I am 70 +, and I have had 4 other joints replaced, so I have some experience to draw from, and what to expect. I am totally amazed by the degree of professionalism, dedication, care, concern and compassion demonstrated by everyone I had contact with. This includes the nursing students, CNAs, RNs, support staff, surgical team, anyone working the 8th floor. In and out in a day and a half, and I'm back home walking (carefully). Outstanding!!!
The nurses and cardiologist were exceptional! Had a ton of fun and laughter in the surgery room with the prep guys...lmao! I thought they gave me their out most care and truly cared about me. (Except for one nurse who was only there for a very short time..thank God!) After 2 misdiagnosis by 2 different physicians..not within Bellin...Bellin had diagnosed me in a very short period of time. Really going to miss having Dr. Wozney as my primary care doctor. He is truly an AMAZING doctor. Due to my new insurance plan, I have to pick a new doctor outside of Bellin.
Great hospital...WONDERFUL staff...but the cafeteria SUCKS....
