I waited for a month, got late (im rong I know) but they dont even try to ask the doctor if could make the rest of the time with me or not , they just canceled everything and thats it . Maybe more care about who is going there ?
Due to an insurance mix up my first 6 counseling were not covered and my wife and I as well as my Counselors were unaware. Bellin/Emplify stepped up and did the right thing and waived the billing!! My wife and I will be forever grateful, thank you Paige and Amanda!!!

I've been seeing Crystal for at least 2+ years. She essentially kicked me off her schedule, due to me missing 2 appointments. Now, I didn’t receive a reminder for these appointments and never received a call or message about missing said appointments. They said they sent two letters, which I did not receive and I was told by a Bellin nurse it’s not their fault I don’t check the mail.
