movers were great, the system surrounding the movers needs its kinks worked out. outside of booking laborers, their ai assistant refuses to connect you to a real person even when they call you twice to ask for a call back. I have received conflicting information about the rates I will actually be paying, the contract / information they send beforehand do not contain hourly rates and I am still waiting to find out what my bill actually will be.
