Did not communicate to me about being late. I had to call multiple times for this & received little to no updates.

First and foremost moving sucks! Especially if you are not a minimalist. This is the fourth time that I've used the service. The first two times was a piece of cake. The third time however was a bit challenging due to the location which I was moving to. But those guys got the job done. Each time I've only requested laborers. This move was the same, labor only load and unload the truck.
