We had a miserable experience with Bellhop on 9/2/2025. We reserved a crew of four workers for four hours of labor. Only three workers showed up and two of them notably smelled of marijuana. We booked the crew to load and unload our household items. The crew leader conferred with his boss, contending that we needed packing services, not moving services, and they were unable complete our reservation. I've used Bellhop Moving in Indianapolis several times in the past, so when friends bought a home in the area and moved from Florida, I recommended them without any hesitation. We had a few issues over the weekend and customer support (over the weekend) was non-existent, but Bellhop did reach out on Monday and they did what they could to make it right. According to my friend, he was appreciative of the call and the support that Bellhop was able to provide.
I had a great experience with Bellhop Moving last month. Robert, Mike, and Ash came on time and started right away. They were careful with all the items and helped with disassembling / wrapping as well. All in all, it was a very quick and smooth process, and everyone was very friendly. Really happy with how everything went.
Jaylin and his team were awesome! I am so thankful for them! They made our move across town so simple.
These movers did a great job. They took care of my items as if they were their own. I would definitely use them again for my future moves!
