Donald and Ben are a phenomenal team. Very respectful of our time, our furniture and our home. They were personable and professional but extremely courteous and polite. They even had a great sense of humor. They made our transition seamless. I will let our other neighbors and friends know about this company but most importantly, we will hire them in the future. Outstanding service!!!
Four days before our move, nearly everyone who planned to help us got sick, AND the biggest elevator in the building went down; enter Bellhop. They got us on the schedule on short notice and were great communicating the team assignment and arrivals. On the day of, Don and Ben were fast, friendly, and professional. Don called to confirm their arrival time would be near the end of the window (not a complaint! Was very happy with the communication).
