Caine & Manuel did a GREAT job!! They went over and beyond today, we had a flat tire and Caine got underneath the car to help get the spare tire out and also helped assemble stuff when we got to the new house. Absolutely great service, arrived over 2 hours early and were very efficient.

Horrible experience. Changed the date of my move and then expected me to pay the higher rate for that day. Non US based call center bombarded me with contracts with errors and refused to furnishes one with corrected rate. Expected me to sign and trust them. The call center was so bad I cancelled my reservation all together and changed companies for my move.

TLDR: Bellhops preys on those who know their reputation from before their practices change. I genuinely believe this is a scam, and they have bullying and pressuring customers pervading their workforce (moving contractors excluded, they’re just trying to support themselves). AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this company is not what it once was. It’s been sold, and they’ve outsourced a lot of what made them marketable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this company is not what it once was. It’s been sold, and they’ve outsourced a lot of what made them marketable. Our experience: we went online, got an estimate for four guys at four hours, which was a little tight for what we thought, but we trusted the algorithm and moved forward. One mover didn’t show up until AFTER the move was projected to be done. They tried to charge me for four people the entire time plus overages, which I refused.
