Pat & Micheal did an excellent job. They were friendly, efficient and careful. They moved a new washer, dryer, bed frame and bedside tables without leaving a mark on the furniture or the walls. Also fun fact, Pat played collegiate softball and basketball. She is also a 2 time handball Olympian, AND also represented US in national games in rugby. Although retired, she plays rugby still. Most fun move ever!
Great team that handled our furniture moving tasks - they were quick, careful with my furniture and of not scratching my walls. Excellent performance!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire experience with Bellhop was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 11:00 AM, yet no one showed. When I tried to contact Bellhop, I was forced to deal with an infuriating AI assistant that endlessly looped through prompts and promised a callback that rarely came.
