Absolutely awful company. Booked for a move only for them to call 15 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me they had trouble finding anyone. Absolutely ridiculous, if you don’t have people available don’t make it available online. I would encourage anyone and everyone to stay away from this company. Also no live representatives on the phone, they have an automated bs system that gets you nowhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Had the best experience across 4 different moves between different states with Bellhop thanks to Josh and Octavious who were polite, kind, efficient, careful and personable!
This is terrible!! They were supposed to come help me move and never showed up, never called and won’t answer or return any phone calls
