Tyler G. in Philadelphia was our moving lead and him and his team arrived on time, were very friendly + respectful of us and our belongings, and provided peace of mind before a long move. Bad Customer Service & Extremely Bad Experience. 😡😡😡 Do not use this moving company. I gave them a half deposit. Then they took the balance two days before I was scheduled to move on October 1, 2022 at 8am. I received a text message from the lead on October 1, 2022 who said we have to push my moving service back to 9:30am. I was fine with that, however 9:30am came and these movers never showed up. 😡😡😡😡 I called the lead and he said Bellhop has reschedule my moving service.
