The movers were very patient and professional, they went out of there way and helped with additional stuff I needed moved in the house Devonte, Nick, Mike and Ezekiel were the best and made my move smooth, thank you guys I give them 5 stars
(Chicagoland) Ticari, Dasean, and Terance were amazing and they get 5 stars. Bellhop as a service gets 3. The men were very efficient movers, no broken furniture, clearly knew what they were doing. If I could hand pick this team for another move I would. I originally had a move scheduled for 9/13 but 2 movers didn't show. Fernando and Ezechiel were amazing and we were so grateful to have them as our moving team in Lombard, IL! Professional, friendly, helpful and unbelievably hardworking, they made our move smooth and stress free. 10/10, highly recommend!
Devonte and Shannon were SO helpful and impressive! We moved locally, but from the 31st floor in a high rise to an older building down a long courtyard. They navigated and maneuvered all obstacles with ease, were so optimistic despite any road bumps, took good care of all of our items, and were willing to go above and beyond!! We are very appreciative, booking them is worth every penny, highly recommend:))
DO NOT USE. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE! One mover showed up but the lead mover no showed. Appointment was scheduled for 2pm. One mover arrived at 5pm. He told me sorry he can’t finish the job by himself. Bellhop offered to give me a refund but said it will take 5-7 business days to get my money back cutting my critical cashflow in the middle of a move. There is no customer service, only an AI robot to interact with, no means to directly call customer service. Don’t risk it.
