Ive been trying to contact the service department for over a month. Left voice mails and emails and called at different hours of the day. No reply or response ever.
Place claim is that they are a service center yet they will not work on a quad that is over 10 years old. Well I guess I will not be purchasing from this place ever again.
Best buying experience at a dealer. Didn’t have to spend all day there. Experienced staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Anthony was great to work with.
The service department is top notch, Andrea, is very pleasant to deal with, Alberto is a very good technician with a great attitude, and Jose has to be the very best technician I have ever dealt with, this man can access the problem blindfolded, and I have yet to bring a Bike to him that he cannot fix, and he does very clean work, and is very detail oriented. He hands down is the best! Great attitude as well.

Moto United is my new "go to spot" for my offroading needs. The service manager Andre Gonzalez is top notch. Follows through with call backs and orders. I have used them for yearly service, recalls, and warranty work. Andrea walked me through the process each time. And the mechanics are top notch as well and are willing to answer any questions you may have. They have good prices and fast service. They earned me as a return customer.
Service was good and manager was very cordial not that expensive also
these guys are super friendly! and I'm super thankful for them taking my bike in to change the tire so late when every other shop would not due to it being the day before Independence Day. 😁🤙
