I finally changed doctors/health centers after dealing with this place for years. It's almost impossible to get an appointment sooner than 3 months away, I would spend a lot of time in the waiting room past my appointment time (once over 1 hour), and my doctor repeatedly downplayed my health concerns (example: she said I couldn't have sleep apnea because I don't snore... Hilary N, at check in….It’s way too early for the obvious eye rolling. We see you’re irritated and annoyed but don’t take it out on a room full of elderly individuals who come here for care. You're the first face they see and what a sight not to mention uncomfortable. It wasn't just with my dad but with several individuals who you thought needed a piece of your rude tone. You coming out from the back office saying someone is “stupid” is very unprofessional. There’s a waiting room who heard it with your obvious door slamming.
