Night shift Staff was verbally abusive but what really made issue worst was the after care like any resources that could help you and in my case billing information I asked if I owed anything they sent me home with a printed invoice saying I owed nothing and my insurance covered it. fast forward now 3 years later I’m apparently in collection for a deductible I never payed but yet for those years I didn’t get any bill in the mail until I was sent into collections THEY HAD MY MAILING INFORMATION ON FILE.

I was a patient there for a lil over a week I arrived scared and confused not knowing what to expect however the nurses reassured me that I was going to be ok the food was great and everyone was so nice if I ever need services again I would definitely go back

My son is in there now and I do not like that they are npt listening to me about my son. He has austism and only 18 years old. I adviced the psychatrist that his manic state did not start until after being givi Lexapro than Latuda and He put my son back on Latuda. They do not care about the clients just getting the money. My son is loved and all I asked for is to get help for my son not for his mental health to be destoried!
