Pampered Perfection From Head To Toe have been to Bellzza Day Spa several times, and always feel as though I'm treated like royalty. I get my hair cut, colored and highlighted. I've also had several keratin treatments that leave my hair looking sleek and silky. Jana is a creative and experienced stylist. I've also had massages that were so relaxing they put me to sleep. WORST EXPERIENCE - Brides beware. I went for 2 hair trials and both hair dresses quit and neither time did anyone call me to let me know. Luckily the first time I called and was able to re-book, but with no warning I showed up the day of my wedding and sure enough the new hair stylist quit. I was placed with a new women and hoped for the best... within one hour of leaving the salon, my hair had large pieces that were completely straight and half still curled. place needs better customer service. my appointment was canceled because therapist was sick, one hour before my appointment. I called back to reschedule for tomorrow and was told she would be out sick again. Only 1 therapist works there? mind you this was a birthday present and was looking forward to having it done on my birthday.... I understand poeple get sick but one hour notice? I visit this spa regularly to see Jenna for professional waxing. Jenna is excellent. I highly recommend her and Bellezza. It is a lovely environment and the staff are welcoming. The parking out back is very convenient too! Fabulous location in the heart of downtown Falmouth! If you have not been yet you should treat yourself soon!

Went in and had some color done by a new stylist, Olivia. It came out amazing and had a wonderful experience at the salon. I will definitely be returning.
Bellezza is a beautiful salon! They have everything you need from nails to hair to facials to injections! Kathleen did my curly cut, I absolutely love the change! My hair is shaped so nicely and even! She did a perfect job and the color came out amazingly! They have the latest technique for curly hair, cutting it while dry to shape your natural curl pattern & have amazing products for it too!
