I received service from Anna, my hair was brown with caramel balayage. Anna gave me red roots, which did not cover my gray. She is not able to do a blow out, and butchered my hair, one side is longer than the other and is completely different on each side. I had to refer to the photo I had several times and she didn't even feel the need to straighten all of my hair. The manager did straighten it for me, but I now have to go somewhere else to get this fixed.
