My experience with Alisia at Bellezza Cristali’s was absolutely wonderful! From the very first phone call to book, she was warm, kind, and welcoming, which instantly made me excited for my appointment. Went in today to get blond highlights put into my brown hair, scheduled an appointment with Laura. Showed the stylist my inspiration photos, which clearly showed blond highlights on brown hair. We go over what I want and she starts the job. She was very kind. The entire service was done professionally. But the end color was barely copper. In no way shape or form is it blond, or anywhere close to the color I asked for. I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I got a keratin treatment expecting smooth, manageable hair, but the results lasted only one day. After that, it was as if I never had the treatment at all. It felt like a complete waste of money and time. The quality of the service did not match what was promised, and I honestly feel misled. Please do not visit this place if you’re looking for lasting, professional results. Not recommended at all.
