Was pricey, but when we realized little Loki was sick, we brought him, and in a few hours they identified his kidneys and likely saved his life. He's not going to live forever, but he's alive now because of things they did and we hope to have another couple quality years with them. They were expert in both diagnosing and conveying those diagnoses to us. They laid out the options in advance and made the decisions clear. The staff at this hospital is simply amazing. Always professional, kind and great at communication. My cat had a soft tissue sarcoma and had to have surgery to get it removed. Dr. Davis is so skilled and did a fantastic job on the surgery and my cat is doing really well. Dr. Koshino was also super helpful in helping us understand the biopsy results and next steps. I have only great things to say about this hospital and I'm very thankful to the doctors and staff for treating my cat.
The staff is very professional and kind to both people and their animals. The medicine they dispensed came with excellent instructions. They offered referrals to specialists in the area, and made follow up appointments. The medicine for my kitty was very reasonably priced and much less than my regular vet. They gave several options and suggestions for treatment and gave me different ways to pay my bill. They are the epitome of how patients and their family should be treated.
Highly recommend this pet hospital! Our 16 year old kitty was having some sort of seizure with difficulty breathing at 10:00 at night and I called Bellevue Veterinary Emergency in a panic to make sure they were open and that there wasn't a long wait. The receptionist who answered my call, very calmly took down some basic information and assured me we'd get right in.
