One of the best condo buildings in downtown Bellevue!
If you're considering buying or renting here, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to share my personal experience after living here for over a year and a half. Be aware the HOA is extremely predatory. While some of the concierge staff are excellent, a few bad apples completely ruin the overall experience. The property manager is virtually absent and entirely ineffective.
