Here’s the short version: June 4: Dropped Off at Motonation Mid-June: Informed that I needed a valve adjustment and Throttle Sensor. Late June Early/July: Advised that the repairs were complete, but that part of the problem was actually the air intake. Approved also replacing that. July 17: Delivered Air Intake Part that Motonation couldn’t get. July 22: Informed the four wheeler was ready. Paid for repairs and test drove in parking lot before loading it onto the trailer. There commitment to act like everybody gets treated like family my personal experience tht definitely ain't case bought machine got less than 550 miles on set of tires they started wearing funny n all they want to keep saying is it's the way I rode..with tht few miles n hours it shouldn't matter
Bought a 2019 pioneer and had them install led light bars and rocker switch panel on it. 5 visits later still not working properly. Talked to owner about getting my money back for installation which was over $500 he said no. offered a free service!! Hell no Motonation will never see this pioneer again. Terrible service dept, sales wont stand up for there REPEAT CUSTOMERS and owner is a @***??@@@@****@@@!!!!
