Another very comfortable process for the procedure RFA , staff was very pleasant
From entering WCPM starting with Vy at the front desk, to the MAs including Jordyn, nurses, through being diagnosed and treated by Dr. Yang, this practice is first class. Everyone cares about the patient, and does their best to help. I was treated with kindness, respect, and the possible treatments and outcomes explained thoroughly.
All the staff in Dr Hongs clinic are very attentive and caring. Dr Hong listens to my concerns and helps me find solutions to pain management.
