Delaney is AMAZING. I am very active and have tried a lot of different people for body work and recovery stuff, he has helped so much! An annoying back pain I have had for a while is completely gone after working with him for 2 sessions. He is so knowledgable. Highly recommend!
Delaney's highly skilled and communicative. After explaining problem areas, he's on target for the needs of those spots. He offers follow up exercises to continue help. Started seeing him 2022.

Delaney works wonders. Had back surgery in summer of 2020. In spring of 2021 I started going here to resolve the knots I started developing in my back after I got moving again. I felt relief after the first visit! Since then I have been going to him every 6 weeks to work out knots in my back, legs, glutes, etc. We chat, talk though life, and he puts me through the ringer.
