I tried to look into their practice on their website. They wouldn't allow access to the site without giving permission to text and email me. Ridiculous. It is manipulative and opportunist. The site offered an option to Decline but it wouldn't work and the only way to move forward and get actual access was to give permission. I am not fond of these types of tactics. I think it says alot about the experience you will have when you get there.
Routine checkup. I appreciate that it is easy to make an appt. I appreciate that my appt starts on time. I appreciate that my usual dental assistant (Irene) keeps good notes and follows up on information we have discussed during past visits, including advice she has given me. I appreciate that Dr. Nakada does great work (implant, crown, etc), ensuring I am comfortable and making adjustments if necessary.
He is a very good doctor who provides thorough explanations. The office staff are also kind and friendly.
