He treated me like a person, not just a medical chart. Explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was on board every step of the way (no pun intended).
Late. Had to fill the same information into several forms multiple times. X-rays of feet were taken in a seated position. Shouldn't X-rays be taken when weight bearing since that is generally how people use their feet? My feet don't hurt when I'm sitting in a chair.
