Dr. Cheng is very professional and attentive. He truly cares about children and always takes the time to listen. He encourages us as parents to be patient and positive with our daughter, which we really appreciate. The front desk staff at the Bellevue location are also very kind and helpful. Our family is very happy with Dr. Cheng and his team—we appreciate all that they do.
Dr. Chris and all the staff are great, very easygoing and friendly, never had a bad experience, they always try anything to assist us with prescriptions or appointments. We've been coming here for 3 years and will continue.
My son got checked by doctor Cheng, he is very cool but had me lots of information, very helpful for us. Nurses are nice too! Thank you!
Dr. Cheng has anger management issues. When I asked to check if the vaccines are way before expiration, he responded "if you ask me the question, you are insulting me", slammed the door behind him and left. My kids' previous pediatrician in another state made sure we check what vaccine shots he was giving my kids. All parents should be careful. Is it insulting that we do our due diligence? Nonetheless, the nurses were courteous.
Similar to another review, recieved a bill for services from more than a year ago. No one was able to give me a clear answer and I was told to just reach out to my insurance. Pretty frustrated with the experience. Also they seem to double book appts, making you wait over 15 mins to be seen after being let into the room.
