Dr. Steinman was wonderful! HOWEVER, i’m changing my five star to one star and I would give it zero if possible. I supposedly ordered glasses 16 days ago. I was supposed to call back the next day regarding my contact lens prescription, which I did and got Voicemail. And I called numerous other times over the past 16 days and never got a return call. I finally decided just to stop in to pick up my glasses, Guess what??? They were never even ordered! So now I have no contacts and no glasses! I would say far away from Bellevue ... read more

Avoid. I am now over two months out from my initial appointment and haven't received my contacts due to the clinic's disorganization. I came to this clinic on 4/21 for a contacts prescription and was told it would take one to two weeks to receive the lenses. After receiving no word from the clinic, I reached out on 5/4 and was told I would be called when they were ready.
