Great patient care from Dr. McManus and staff!
I felt pretty brushed off about a bump in my eye that’s been causing me pain for a long time. The doctor couldn't find it until I pointed it out. I was given some drops with very little explanation as to what was going on in my eye, or how the drops would fix it until I pressed for information. I followed the ten day regimen as directed. I have been a happy customer since my first visit in 2017. My prescription always helps me to see better. Dr. Rick and Dr. Ben are meticulous and patient in diagnosing my vision. Not only for the doctors, but also the service team do an excellent job. They care more about my vision than selling another frame. As I moved a little further, I had to try a couple of other providers with the highest google review. Bellevue Vision is the only place that I experienced integrity from prescription to getting glasses.
