I had a very frustrating experience with this place due to multiple issues: 1. I purchased two pairs of glasses, each costing around $1,000 based on their listed price. The second pair had serious quality issues, and despite their claim that it was fixed, the problem remained when I came in again. 2. When I tried to reorder the exact same pair, I was initially told it was fine. Amazing vision care. Very thoughtful and attentive staff for every part of every visit. I have been coming here for almost 10 years now and I still learn something new at every visit. Dr McManus is very patient and takes a lot of time to explain what is going on with my vision as I'm making my way through middle age.
