Last week during my oil change I had my tires rotated and as soon as I left it started making a noise, I came back a week after on my day off, They reverted the rotationa and noise went away, and when I asked for a refund they refused. So I basically paid for a rotation that didnt even last a week. They even tried to blame my car model! And when I pointed out I had my tires rotated before, Luke, my POC did not want to accept and still charged me a hefty amount.
