I have called three times to schedule an appointment. Waited over 20 minutes each time. Call 1 ended because they could not find my referral. I called my referring Dr and they had dated record of sending the referral electronically. My Dr re-sent the referral. Call 2, after waiting 20 minutes on hold was told they did not have my referral, sometimes it’s takes a few hours. Nonsense, it was sent electronically. Call 3 - 24 hours later I called. NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC! Customer service is no!!! I don't have insurance. I came to them for a service in the direction of my doctor. I was willing to pay for it. The story began with the fact that they needed ultrasound images. They were sent pictures THREE times. Okay! We agreed that they would record me and by that time ultrasound pictures would come.
