I’ve taken my 3 kids here since we moved her about 9 years ago. We’ve had the most experience with Dr. Lee, but all the dentists and hygienists have been excellent. They’re not only great with kids of all ages, they really focus on prevention and making sure each kid (and parent) has a good understanding of what’s happening. Mi hijo siempre va muy contento a sus citas con el dentista, por qué siempre lo han echo sentir seguro y confortable en cada procedimiento que le han echo. Aunque yo no entiendo muy bien el inglés me informan de cada procedimiento que se le realiza a mi hijo con mucha paciencia y me encanta que haya personas que hablen Español eso me ayuda para saber de cada detalle de la cita de mi hijo. Totalmente lo recomiendo. Desde que entras el servicio y la atención son excelente.

So I have billing questions. I called May 8, someone called me back said will check for me and call me back later that day ( Never received call back). So I decided to call again on May 11 and again voicemail ( today May 12 still Not received a call back). I just have a simple question~ my bill is $122(same kid same dental care last year free), and also the bill said insurance will cover $99! But why l still be charged $122? Just very simple question, Nobody can answer? Plz owner called me back or I need to drive to Bellevue
