Never in my life have I had issues with insurance claims or medical billing until I brought my child here. First, they submitted the insurance claim using the wrong insurance information, even though the correct insurance information (the mother’s) was already on file. Efficient visit, hygienists are always very kind and check frequently to make sure kids are comfortable. Dr. Huynh took extra time to explain dental care and asked great questions about how our kids are feeling about their smiles, zero pressure to correct spacing that our teen is not concerned about. The front desk staff is always friendly and wonderful!
Our first visit with our two boys was fantastic. Scheduling and paperwork were a breeze, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Swapna is thorough and patient; she took the time to clearly explain our options and outline a phased treatment plan.
