Out to get your money My battery for my 2003 Honda CBR600RR went dead. I went to Bellevue Kawasaki Yamaha Marine to pick up a new battery because it was the closest bike shop to where I lived. The parts clerk brought out the WPS CTZ10S and told me it was $90. They are not BBB certified ( Check for yourself !) very rude , unprofessional sales , overpriced , most of the local riders don't go to these guys, this place is a rip off ! STAY AWAY!

I purchased an exhaust from this store a month ago, due to their busy service department and my busy work schedule I was not able to schedule an installation time on multiple attempts and proceeded to return the item even with the given 25 percent re-stocking fee. salesperson in charge of transaction became very aggressive and rude. Started yelling and using profanities for a reason unknown to me. He claimed that he has given me such a good deal that I should be obligated to keep the exhaust. Best bike dealer bar none – I've purchased many motorcycles from dealers in three states. None come close to the service, knowledge and responsiveness of the BK staff -- before and after the sale. I liken them to Seattle Cycle Center (the best apparel/accessories/service shop in the business). They're true lovers of the sport, driven only by what the customer wants.
