Very rude and abusive place. We took our mom out of here immediately after we found out they were beating her constantly.
Very abusive home. Owners are always speaking Romanian so you can’t understand them and the minuet you leave the home from a family visit they verbally yell scream shout abuse threats and bully and mock your mom till she is terrified and in fear of her life.
The Bellevue Heights Home is beautiful and the team is genuinely very caring and warm.
I was fortunate to have Bellevue Heights recommended to me when I was looking for a place for my mother to live. The people are genuinely caring and friendly. I always felt my mother was safe and attended to. The home is always clean with a lovely garden. I would recommend it to my friends looking for an adult family home for an aging parent.
As one of the nurses who visits clients at Bellevue Heights AFH, I feel a sense of peace and tranquility upon entering the home. The care provided to the residents is wonderful and the grounds beautiful. If my mother was in need of care, Bellevue Heights would at the top of my list.
