I purchased a Hoyer lift on Friday due to an emergency resident admission. At the time of purchase, the seller told me that delivery and assembly were included in the price, with delivery scheduled for Monday. Due to the urgency, I decided to pick it up myself to be ready in case the resident was discharged from the hospital. Customer service at the everett location is dismal at best. My wife fell down the stairs and broke one foot and severely sprained the other. She required a wheelchair and it was prescribed by her doctor. They were worthless helping us get this covered by medicare which is clearly a covered expense. It was one excuse after another. Wow. Returned their phone call about a referral from insurer to pick up an orthotic. A woman answered and I said I was returning their call to pick up the device. "Yeah?" she said, then loooong pause. "So what do I need to do?" "How do you know we have the referral? What's your name?" Clickety clack for a couple minutes then, "So we have a referral for it."
