Customer service at the everett location is dismal at best. My wife fell down the stairs and broke one foot and severely sprained the other. She required a wheelchair and it was prescribed by her doctor. They were worthless helping us get this covered by medicare which is clearly a covered expense. It was one excuse after another. Wow. Returned their phone call about a referral from insurer to pick up an orthotic. A woman answered and I said I was returning their call to pick up the device. "Yeah?" she said, then loooong pause. "So what do I need to do?" "How do you know we have the referral? What's your name?" Clickety clack for a couple minutes then, "So we have a referral for it." Terrible customer service! No follow through. Little or no information about products. Web prices are not even in the same ballpark as actual prices.
I've worked in healthcare for 27 years. The staff we we have worked with on two separate trips have been fantastic both times. I can't say enough good things. They even provided instructions on how to get a piece of equipment covered for my uncle. Great information! Great service!
