In this clinic I did the immigration exams for my family and for me, the girls at the reception were very kind and patient with me. Dr. Jihua jia He is very friendly and really appreciates his attention and help.
Fake place? I called to see if they could remove a few stitches for me as I got them on vacation. At first I was told they don’t do medical services then I was told only if I am immigrating then they laughed and said because I’m not a new patient but refused to actually LET me be a new patient. What a weird place they told me they do not have a doctor on staff.

Not surprised to see another review mentioning poor customer service. The front desk staff sounded super rude and disrespectful during the phone call. It's very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I hope the clinic can improve its customer service professionalism.
