You just lost a patient This clinic has been going down hill for years, but I always had confidence in the PA's they employed. I have run into an emergency situation, didn't feel it necessary to sit in the emergency room for 4 hours, it could wait until morning and I'd just call Bellevue Family Practice to utilize their on-sight x-ray abilities right? Patient They are very unorganized and rude. The front desk takes days to return calls and acts put out when asked for an explanation.If the doctor wasn't great, I would stop going.
Turned our family over to collections My entire family used the Bellevue Family Practice for over 3 years, we were happy with them until now, we have health insurance to cover most of our medical costs. I called their office for a appointment because I was not feeling well, they told me that I could not see the doctor until I paid my bill off in full, which is less than $200.00, that is a fraction of what we have already paid out of our pockets and my insurance has paid.
