Dr Ip is great. Very technical, thorough and realistic, but not pushy. Hygienists are very chill. Front office person to the left of the entrance is... sassy. Needs to be more discreet (e.g., don't shout out patient needs prescription for something embarrassing with several people in the waiting room, while the patient visibly dies inside). I’ve been going to this dental office for over a year now and can attest to the professionalism and quality of all the staff! Top notch experience every time. Dr. Ip is very kind and gentle, exactly what you want in your dentist, and everyone there always has such a positive attitude. Shoutout to Gray who is also an amazing dental hygienist, I always look forward to my dental appointments!

Jonny is an excellent dentist! The studio in downtown Bellevue is in an excellent location with easy parking. Super clean office with the newest tech in the industry, makes the experience much more pleasant when compared to older dental offices. Not to mention the handholding through each step, even a basic cleaning, which I appreciate very much - as I never was a super fan of the dentist. I look forward to it now!
