Good service The nurse is nice yet seems like a little bit confused with my insurance plan. Everytime I have to pay a little bit more than I ought to pay. Though the balance is on my account, I still feel a little bit uncomfortable. But the doctor and the nurse are very nice. So I will vist them again.
Wonderful care! My family has gone to this dental office for over four years. Every time we go, we are greeted by Kristi Beck who is unfailingly pleasant and professional. Kristi has gone out of her way to ensure my insurance was billed properly and I've never had a single problem with our bills. Dr Libbi and staff Rock! I have been looking for a new dentist and knew that I was behind on my 6 mos. cleaning in the process. Like any miserable thing we have to do in life, I put this off. Well I finally chipped a piece of my molar off, called Bellevue Dental Health and they got me in within 24 hours for a cleaning with Keith etc. I was amazed at how friendly the entire staff was. Dr. Libbi is so incredibly nice. Her team is very professional and they make you feel right at home. Warm and welcoming environment. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. If you’ve got Dr. Libbi taking care of your mouth - you should consider yourself lucky, I know I do.
Dr Libbi and her team are amazing. Everyone of them. I’m very scared of dentist but was quickly out at ease by Dr. Libbi. She is extremely funny while still being extremely professional at the same time. Her hygienist is equally amazing and he took his time to clean each tooth very thoroughly. I can only give my best recommendation to Dr Libbi and her entire office. Even my children left her office saying it was the best dentist they’ve ever had. And we all know you hear the truth from kids!
I found libbi while perusing The Moyer Foundation's Website for my work with oncology patients.I was looking for new dentist and was quite impressed by who I found. One peek at Libbi's interests and I discovered More than just a dentist, Libbi's is involved with life-wire a non profit supporting domestic-violence survivors and of course The Moyer Foundation who support Camp Erin for children who are grieving. A humanitarian and compassionate soul, I am proud to call this talented individual my dentist
Dr. Libbi is awesome! She and her team are just plain fun to visit. When's the last time you said that about your dentist office? More importantly her work is excellent quality and honest; they don't oversell you on anything. Your bill is what you expect, communication is crystal clear, and they're just a solid team with good character. If there was a 6th star, they'd have it.
