I accidentally didn’t book a reservation ahead of time and the woman at the front desk, Sage, helped me in a matter of minutes. After Sage got me the room, she escorted me to the happy hour wine & charcuterie. Absolutely incredible service where you feel like you’re friends with everyone you meet here. Gorgeous room too. This is a work trip, but I will be back for pleasure. Thank you for the warm welcome to the west coast.

The concierge desk staff should strive to be professional, friendly, desire to help as would be typical of a 4 star property. Splash restaurant service and food was below average. Rooms, valet, were excellent.
