Everyone was respectful, informative and kept me in the loop on costs beforehand. A great experience as always.
Just moved from Ohio. Chose Belleville Dental for my dental needs. After making an appointment, my cap from 43 years ago fell out. I left them a message, and they got me in right away. They were able to fix it until my actual appointment. Very kind staff. I love Dr. Patel. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a dentist they can trust.
I was received well after signing in, as my hygienist took me to my room. X-rays were done with good care, cleaning of my teeth was a little bit sensitive on several teeth. The doctor greeted me and looked over my teeth with a detailed plan for a crown that is needed asap. Another tooth is being watched for a possible crown in the future. The financial costs for this was explained and appointment set up was all done. All the services professionally done. No problems.
I like my dentist and staff. They are polite,respectful and considerate.
