The technician's conduct was unprofessional, as my wife’s ultrasound images were initially labeled with another patient’s name. This raised serious concerns about patient identification and privacy. To their credit, the clinic acknowledged it as a system error and corrected the issue afterward. However, such mistakes during an important medical appointment, especially early pregnancy, can cause unnecessary stress and should be handled with greater care. Very pleased with the staff here Friendly Kind Thorough And waste no time...... had several xrays and ultrasounds done today and it was done with care and attention to make sure nothing left un checked..... would definitely recommend to all......did my mother's bmd and pulmonary tests while I got mine done!
